|Specific Skills/Knowledge:||• At least 8-10 years legal experience ideally in a leading organization, with a proven track record in contract negotiating and drafting. Prior experience in handling similar work will be an added advantage. • Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal counsel • Excellent relationship, management and communication skills necessary for interactions with Regional Business Heads and consultants. • Ability to provide independent advice (orally and writing) to senior level management on highly technical matters. • Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matters.|
